For some travel experiences, yes. Planning is a professional service, and our fees reflect the time, expertise, research, and responsibility involved in designing and managing more complex travel.

There is no planning fee for most resort vacations or ocean and river cruises booked through Sea & Sun Travel Agency.

For customized travel experiences that require more extensive research, itinerary development, coordination, and management, professional planning fees apply.

• Destination Weddings & Groups: Professional service fees based on group size, complexity, and scope of services

Planning fees are non-refundable and compensate Sea & Sun Travel Agency for the professional services involved in researching, designing, coordinating, and managing your travel experience. They are separate from the cost of travel.

Your applicable planning or professional service fee will be confirmed before we begin planning, once we understand the scope of your trip.

Every journey is different, and the investment required can vary significantly based on destination, travel dates, accommodations, length of stay, and the level of experience you are seeking.

To ensure we are the right fit and can deliver the level of experience our clients expect, we generally work within the following travel investment guidelines:

• Ocean Cruises: approximately $2,500+ per stateroom
• All-Inclusive Resorts: approximately $5,000+ per couple
• Caribbean & Central America: approximately $7,000+ per couple
• Hawai‘i & French Polynesia: approximately $8,000+ per couple
• Europe, River Cruises & Customized International Travel: approximately $10,000+ per couple
• African Safaris & Expedition Travel: approximately $15,000+ per couple

Most journeys are designed for four nights or longer, with seven nights recommended for many international experiences.

These guidelines represent the typical starting investment for the travel experiences we design and may vary based on destination, season, airfare, room or suite category, and overall trip complexity.

For families and groups, investment guidelines are based on the number of travelers, room configuration, destination, and overall scope of the journey and will be discussed during your Discovery Call.

A Note About Cruise Accommodations

For individual cruise vacations, we primarily work with balcony staterooms, suites, and premium accommodations that provide the level of comfort and experience our clients are seeking.

Interior and ocean-view staterooms are generally reserved as part of larger group bookings where multiple accommodation categories may be needed to meet the needs of different travelers.

Yes.

We plan group travel for destination weddings, family celebrations, milestone events, and select hosted journeys. Group planning requires additional coordination and structure, which we’ll review during the Discovery Call to ensure it’s the right fit.
