We are looking for advisors who want to specialize in all-inclusive resorts, small group European tours, premium and luxury cruises, romance travel or bucket list experiences.  We have advisors who currently specialize in African safaris, romance travel and luxury land and sea travel experiences.  Sea & Sun Travel is headquartered in Lake Wylie, South Carolina, however, we are looking for advisors in or near any of the following cities: Charleston, SC, Myrtle Beach, SC, Hilton Head, SC, Savannah, GA, Atlanta GA, Northern Florida and Panhandle cities, Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Lexington, KY, Wilmington, NC, and Chicago, IL or surrounding suburbs.  We pride ourselves on providing full travel services to our clients - handling everything from their travel arrangements, to booking spa services, dinners on the beach, excursions and tours, private shopping experiences, salon appointments and dinner reservations.  We provide our clients with a stress-free and seamless experience, so they can relax and truly enjoy your vacation.

Joining our Sea & Sun Travel Team:

• This is an independent contractor position, you create your own hours, set up your travel office- from home or even while traveling with the support of our travel team.
• Flexible hours with the ability to set your own schedule.
• Weekly and small group training and support provided. 
• We offer online and in-person training programs, which is designed to help new advisors succeed in selling travel and growing your business.*
• We help you increase your social media reach, help you understand how to build and maintain relationships, and combine that with destination knowledge to maximize your selling potential.

We have high standards and expectations which results in advisors closing more sales, making more money, and traveling at reduced rates or even free more often! Our onboarding and constant process improvement creates happy and helpful advisors.

Sea & Sun Travel is always on the lookout for people like us –People who have a passion for travel, are professional self- starters, are organized, are good at talking and working with people and providing top notch service. 

We are currently looking for the following: 

• An all-inclusive resort expert who has planned their own trips at least 3 times in the past 3 years and we prefer people who have stayed at our preferred suppliers but that isn’t a requirement.
• An ocean cruise expert who has cruised 3 or more times  in the last 3 years and has been to the Caribbean, Alaska or the Mediterranean while cruising.
• A river cruise expert who has cruised 3 or more times in the last 5 years and has sailed on either AmaWaterways, Viking, Uniworld or Avalon.
• Small group tour expert who has been on at least 3 group tours in Europe, South America, Africa or Asia in the last 5 years.

You’ll enjoy access to a complete personalized support system specially designed with the needs of your business in mind. You will earn a generous and competitive commission for the travel you book for your clients (from 80%-95%).  There is a nominal monthly fee and costs associated with running your business (personal laptop/computer, office supplies, business cards, etc.).  

What are the average commissions to expect*?

• All-Inclusive resort packages: 15%-20% (with bonuses offered by suppliers)
• Ocean cruises: 16% (up to 22 or 28% with consortium bonus commissions)
• River cruises: 15%-18%
• Small-group tours: 12%-17%
• FIT (Fully Independent Travel): 15%
• Tours, transfers and excursions: Typically 10%

*Note - commission percentages earned can change at any time. Airfare is typically non-commissionable.

Our training program teaches you the fundamentals of being a professional advisor while helping our clients have the best travel experience at the best value. Must complete specific modules prior to gaining access to the CRM and signing up for suppliers.
