Once engaged, your advisor takes full responsibility for research, evaluation, and trip design.
We curate and recommend what we believe works best based on experience, logistics, and your stated priorities—rather than presenting endless options.
From accommodations and routing to transfers, timing, and supplier coordination, we manage the details and handle the booking on your behalf.

Before departure, you receive a complete, organized itinerary with all travel details in one place.
During your trip, we remain available to assist if adjustments or advocacy are needed. After you return, we check in to maintain continuity and make future planning even easier.

Minimum Travel Investment Guide
Thoughtful travel requires intention, experience, and time.
To deliver the level of clarity, service, and oversight our clients expect, Sea & Sun Travel works within established minimum travel investments. These guidelines ensure alignment and allow us to recommend options that meet our quality standards—without compromise.
They are not price points.
They are planning thresholds.
Ocean Cruises
For ocean cruises, we work with a minimum travel investment of:
$360 per night, per couple
(4-night minimum)
This typically includes:
- Round-trip airfare
- Cruise accommodations
- Pre- and post-cruise stays when appropriate
- Taxes and port fees
This framework allows us to recommend the right ship, cabin category, and sailing based on your travel style—not just price.
River Cruises
River cruising is a more inclusive, design-forward travel experience and requires a higher planning threshold.
For river cruises, we work with a minimum total investment of:
$6,000–$7,000 per couple
This typically reflects:
- Premium stateroom accommodations
- Extensive inclusions and guided experiences
- Higher per-night operating costs
- Limited ship inventory and sailing availability
We’ll confirm the best fit and structure during the Discovery Call.
All-Inclusive Resorts & Semi-Customized Vacations
For resort stays and partially customized itineraries, our planning minimum is based on a standard one-week framework.
Approximately $725 per night for two travelers
(4-night minimum)
This generally covers:
- Round-trip airfare
- Resort accommodations
- Ground transfers
This structure allows us to recommend properties, room categories, and locations that align with the experience our travelers expect.
Fully Customized Itineraries & Premium Destinations
For travel requiring extensive design, coordination, or higher destination costs, we work with a minimum total investment of:
$10,000 per itinerary
This applies to journeys such as:
- Multi-city European FITs
- Maldives, Bora Bora, and South Pacific retreats
- Private transfers and curated touring
- Immersive, highly personalized travel design
We’ll confirm the appropriate structure during the Discovery Call.

What We Plan
Sea & Sun Travel designs and manages complete travel packages.
We do not book:
- Flights only
- Hotels only
- Stand-alone components without an existing client relationship
For existing clients, we’re happy to arrange excursions, tours, and enhancements. Stand-alone additions may require concierge services.
