Minimum Travel Investment Guide
To ensure every trip delivers the experience, service, and ease our travelers expect, Sea & Sun Travel designs complete travel packages built around the following minimum travel investments.
Cruises
Whether you're sailing the Caribbean, Europe, or beyond, we require a minimum travel investment of:
$360 per night for two travelers (4-night minimum)
This typically includes:
- Round-trip airfare
- Cruise cabin
- Pre- & Post-Cruise Stays
- Taxes & port fees
Longer sailings simply follow the nightly minimum—keeping the planning process clear and predictable.
All-Inclusive Resorts & Semi-Customized Vacations
For resort stays and partially customized itineraries, we use a nightly minimum based on a standard one-week trip.
Approximately $725 per night for two travelers (4-night minimum)
This generally covers:
- Round-trip flights
- Resort accommodations
- Ground transfers
This structure ensures we can recommend high-quality options that match the level of experience our travelers expect.
Fully Customized Itineraries & Premium Destinations
For destinations that require in-depth planning or feature higher travel costs, we work with a minimum investment of: $10,000 total
This applies to itineraries such as:
- Multi-city Europe FITs
- Maldives, Bora Bora, and South Pacific retreats
- Private transfers & curated tours
- Immersive, personally tailored journeys
We’ll discuss the ideal structure for your itinerary during the discovery call.
What We Plan
We design complete travel packages, which means we do not book flights-only or hotel-only reservations.
For clients already booked with us, we’re happy to arrange excursions, tours, and enhancements.
Stand-alone add-ons may require concierge services.
