A Thoughtful Approach to Planning Your Travel

Every vacation is different, but having a realistic starting investment helps us determine whether the experience you're looking for aligns with the destinations, accommodations and travel partners we work with.
The guidelines below are starting investment levels—not package prices or quotes. Your actual trip investment may be higher depending on your destination, travel dates, length of stay, airfare, accommodations, stateroom or room category, transportation, touring and overall level of customization.
During our initial conversation, we'll talk openly about your priorities and investment range so we can determine what's realistic before planning begins.
Ocean Cruises
Starting at $2,500 per stateroom
For most ocean cruises, we work with a starting travel investment of approximately $2,500 per stateroom, before airfare and optional pre- or post-cruise arrangements.
Cruise pricing varies considerably by cruise line, itinerary, sailing date, ship and stateroom category. Premium, luxury, small-ship, yacht-style and expedition experiences will generally require a substantially higher investment.
We'll help you identify the cruise line, ship and itinerary that best align with how you want to travel rather than simply searching for the lowest available fare.
River Cruises
Starting at $6,000 per couple
For most river cruise vacations, we recommend beginning with an investment of approximately $6,000 per couple, before airfare and optional pre- or post-cruise arrangements.
River cruise fares often include considerably more than traditional ocean cruises, with accommodations, dining, guided experiences and other amenities incorporated into the cruise fare. Your actual investment will depend on the river, itinerary, cruise line, sailing date, stateroom category and inclusions.
For travelers who would like to spend additional time in Europe before or after their sailing, we can also arrange anything from a simple hotel stay and private transfers to a fully customized land journey.
Europe & the Mediterranean
Starting around $1,000 per night for two travelers
For customized land journeys throughout Europe and the Mediterranean, we generally work with travel investments beginning around $1,000 per night for two travelers, excluding international airfare.
These journeys may combine boutique or upscale accommodations, private transportation, rail, private and small-group touring, food and wine experiences, island connections and other arrangements into one thoughtfully designed itinerary.
Some destinations, travel seasons, accommodation levels and more complex itineraries will require a higher investment. We'll help you establish a realistic range based on where you'd like to travel and the type of experience you're looking for.
Planning a shorter stay before or after a cruise? Our pre- and post-cruise planning services can also accommodate travelers who simply need hotels and transportation without a complete customized land itinerary.
All-Inclusive Resorts
Starting at $850 per night per room
For all-inclusive resort vacations, we work with a starting travel investment of approximately $850 per night per room, including round-trip airfare at a 4-night minimum.
Our resort recommendations focus on properties that meet the standards of experience, accommodations, dining and service we're comfortable recommending to our clients. Actual pricing will vary based on destination, travel dates, departure city, resort and room category, and many vacations will require an investment above this starting point.
We'll discuss what's realistic for your particular dates and preferences before moving forward.
Fully Customized & Elevated Travel
Starting at $10,000 per itinerary
For more complex journeys involving multiple destinations, private services, higher-cost destinations or elevated accommodations and experiences, travel investments generally begin at $10,000 per itinerary and can increase substantially depending on the scope of the trip.
This may include African safaris and Southern Africa, the Maldives and Indian Ocean, French Polynesia and the South Pacific, complex multi-country journeys, extensive private touring and transportation, small-ship and yacht-style experiences, and milestone travel requiring a higher degree of customization.
Because these trips vary considerably, we'll discuss an appropriate investment range during your initial consultation before planning begins.
Professional Planning Fees
Some vacations require a professional planning fee based on the level of customization, complexity and services involved. Any applicable planning fee will be discussed during your initial consultation and confirmed before we begin designing your trip.
A Note About Women's Travel Journeys
Our hosted Women's Travel Journeys by April are individually designed and priced, so the investment guidelines and individual planning fees above do not apply.
Each journey has its own itinerary, inclusions, accommodations, pricing, deposit schedule and availability.

What We Plan
Sea & Sun Travel designs and manages complete vacations and thoughtfully coordinated travel arrangements.
We do not book:
- Flights only
- Hotels only
- Stand-alone components without an existing client relationship
For existing clients, we're happy to arrange excursions, tours, and enhancements. Stand-alone additions may require concierge services.

A Welcome for Them, Too
We want the person you refer to feel welcomed from the very beginning.
New clients referred by an existing Sea & Sun traveler will receive $50 toward an applicable planning fee on their first qualifying booking.

Referral Program Details
To keep the program simple and consistent:
- You must be a current or past Sea & Sun Travel Agency client to earn referral credits.
- Your referral must book qualifying travel with Sea & Sun Travel Agency for a credit to be earned.
- Referral credits are valid for 24 months from the date earned.
- Up to $100 in referral credits may be applied to a single trip.
- Referral credits have no cash value.
- Credits may be gifted to another traveler with approval from Sea & Sun Travel Agency.
- Sea & Sun Travel Agency may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Previously earned, unexpired credits will continue to be honored under the terms in effect when they were earned.
