We handle research, strategy, logistics, and coordination from start to finish, and we remain your point of contact before, during, and after your trip. If something unexpected happens, you’re not calling a call center. You’re calling us.

For some travel experiences, yes.

Planning is a professional service, and our fees reflect the expertise, research, itinerary design, coordination and management involved in creating more customized travel experiences.

There is no planning fee for most all-inclusive resort vacations or ocean and river cruise reservations booked through Sea & Sun Travel Agency.

Professional planning fees apply when your trip requires additional itinerary design, customized land arrangements, or other planning services beyond the primary resort or cruise reservation.

Typical Planning Fees

• All-Inclusive Resorts: No planning fee for most resort packages 
• Ocean & River Cruises: No planning fee for most cruise reservations 
• Pre- & Post-Cruise Essentials: from $100 
• Semi-Custom Itineraries: from $150
• Fully Customized Itineraries: from $300 
• Destination Weddings & Groups: Professional service fees based on group size, complexity and scope of services 
• Short-Notice Travel: Additional rush fees may apply 

Additional professional service fees may apply for separately arranged airfare, à la carte concierge services, or requests that materially expand the original scope of planning.

Planning fees are non-refundable and are separate from the cost of travel. Your applicable planning or professional service fee will always be confirmed before we begin planning, once we understand the scope and complexity of your trip.

Every journey is different, but having a realistic starting investment helps us determine whether Sea & Sun Travel Agency is the right fit for the experience you're planning.

We generally work with the following starting travel investments:

• Ocean Cruises: starting around $2,500 per stateroom, before airfare and optional pre- or post-cruise arrangements 
• River Cruises: starting around $6,000 per couple, before airfare and optional pre- or post-cruise arrangements 
• All-Inclusive Resorts: starting around $850 per night per room, including round-trip airfare 
• Europe & the Mediterranean: starting around $1,000 per night for two travelers, excluding international airfare 
• Fully Customized & Elevated Travel: generally starting around $10,000 per itinerary 

Most journeys are designed for four nights or longer, with additional time recommended for many international experiences.

These are starting investment levels rather than package prices or quotes. Your actual trip investment may be higher depending on your destination, travel dates, length of stay, accommodations, stateroom or room category, transportation, airfare, experiences, and overall complexity.

Simple pre- or post-cruise hotel and transfer arrangements are considered separately from our customized European land journey guidelines.

For families and groups, appropriate investment levels vary based on the number of travelers, room configuration, destination, travel dates, and type of experience. We'll discuss what's realistic for your trip during your Discovery Call.

A Note About Cruise Accommodations

For individual cruise vacations, we primarily work with balcony staterooms, suites, and premium accommodations that provide the level of comfort and experience our clients are seeking.

Interior and ocean-view staterooms are generally reserved for larger group bookings where multiple accommodation categories may be needed for different travelers.

Yes.

We plan select group travel, including Women’s Travel Journeys by April, hosted and featured journeys, family and milestone celebrations, cruises, and other qualifying group experiences.

Group travel requires additional coordination and structure, which we'll review during the Discovery Call to ensure it's the right fit.
